008 Restoring the Lives of Ex-Offenders: The W.E. C.A.R.E. Program
Through its Workforce Empowerment Center for Advanced Readiness and Employment (W.E.C.A.R.E.), the Prison Ministry at Living Word Christian Center is helping ex-offenders with successful re-entry into the marketplace by securing them meaningful employment. Due to the Center’s anointing and success, the W.E.C.A.R.E. Program was recently awarded a large grant to expand its operations. Come hear Minister Watson passionately share the work of this important ministry, which also travels to Illinois prisons to minister to men and women still incarcerated, as well as to their families waiting on the outside.
